 Did you know many people are unaware of the importance of sports? Yes, everyone's sport overestimates that, and eventually your body becomes fatty, uncooperative and susceptible to disease because the immune system is down.  Whereas exercising isn't just about getting your good looks but a great health investment in your old age where you stay young, healthy and out of a bad cholesterol disease.  So how should I start healthy from now on?  "Erm..
